I shouldn't have been so vague.
It's just that I am at my parents doing laundrey and I want to get out of here ASAP.

As far as groceries is concerned,
we have,

Canned beans
one pack of frozen ground beef
one frozen chicken breast
1 package of frozen Green Giant vegtables
and rice, lots of rice

pizza dough

My wonderful boyfriend is making homade pizza for supper.

The problem?

The dough is already made but when he tries to stretch it out, it won't.

Can anyone tell me how to soften pizza dough that has already been made.

I forgot to add something to my recipe post

The recipe fills a 2 litre container (sorry, I'm Canadian).
You can make it with hot water, but I prefer hot milk.
I add 2 1/2 tabelspoons when I make a cup of it.

:D

Enjoy!

Quick Cheap Veggie Taco Salad

So...being part lazy part starving today-this is what I threw together for lunch. I would of taken a picture (but it tastes better than it looks) and I already mentioned my laziness today :P

Can omit and add to accomodate your tastes-and could be changed to be made vegan :)

1 can Black Beans
1 can Corn (usually I use mexi-corn but I was out)
1 can Diced Tomatoes
1/2 can Refried Beans (or can use the whole can)
1 pkg Taco Seasoning

Mix first three together on stove w/ seasoning-when heated-add refried beans. They melt in and I have been able to feed them to people who think they hate refried beans.

Then I put the mix in the bottom of a bowl and top with the following:
Taco cheese
Kraft light done right Catalina dressing (makes it awesome)
Sour cream
Crushed Fritos
Lettuce
Cherry Tomatoes

YUM!!!
I bet the mix would freeze well too for later lunches and quick dinners. And talk about some fiber lol!!

X-posted to some places :)

Help with tuna!

I was making a tuna sandwhich today when I realized I've always made it the same way...

1 can tuna
Relish
Mayonaise
Salt & Pepper

Is that boring, or what! Is there anything else I can add to my tuna to give it more taste??
